Edd and Fernie are getting married
Timeline
Friday night - 6pm onwards (TBC)
Use ladders to put up ceiling decorations
Use ladders to put up banners on far wall, using paracord to span between the beams, hanging the banners from the paracord.
Put out tables in layout
Put out chairs in layout
Put out table cloths, two per circle tables, cloth to cover rectangular tables
Put food in fridges, ensure cold and fridges switched on
Put out easel with entrance information. Put out A frame.
Arrange the cake table. Arrange the cards and guest book table. Prep the food tables.
Fern staying the night over the road in the hotel.
The day of the wedding
9.00am - Some of the Groomsmen meet at the ceremony venue to put up decorations
10am / 10.30am - Edd at the reception, Putting out A frames, dropping off any last minutes, photographer takes piccys, meeting other groomsmen at reception
10.50am - Edd sets off Travels to the venue with groomsmen, all groomsmen at ceremony venue. Edd puts out Easels, and last minute adjustments.
11.15am – Fern and bridesmaids set off to go to the venue
11.45pm – Everyone to arrive for this time to find seats etc. We've put it on the public website.
12pm – Edd and Fern get going and the ceremony starts
12.30pm – We think the ceremony will take 30 mins so should finish at 12.30pm
12.30pm - 1.00pm - Photos of everyone who's come to the ceremony with Edd and Fernie
1pm - 1.30pm - Edd and Fern head with photographer for photos in forest/Park
The Party remove decorations and head to the reception.
Some of The Party immediately head to the reception with attendees, open the hall and serve food.
2:00 PM to 4:30 PM - Food!
3:00 PM to 7:00 PM - Boardgames!
4:00 PM to 4:30 PM - Cake cutting, short speeches and thanks
7:00 PM - Time to leave - Wedding finish time
7pm - cleanup
